Then I decided to try color transfers. I made a lot of pins and necklaces with images of geisha, cowgirls, fine art images, and more. Though the process for doing color transfers is different than the black and white transfers, there was still a large amount of pieces that did not transfer well. That was frustrating!

These are a few of the color transfer necklaces I made. When the image transfer worked, I was able to make some beautiful finished pieces. Eventually I hope to update my website with my jewelry. The plan is this year. All I have to do is interrupt my very busy husband to help show me how to get started.

I know the transfers are frustrating, but there are a few papers and techniques that are almost fool-proof. I have a tutorial on my web site that covers laser and ink jet images to flat surfaces. http://www.heartofclay.com/page39.htm Maybe there are some tips in there that will be of help. It looks like to me that you are doing well!
